Thrust 3 - Theory and Modeling of Charge Injection and Charge Transport
Two seed members (Galli and Jones), with complementary theoretical backgrounds, have joined IRG-3 with the goal of providing insight to the charge transfer processes in the above materials and devices by ab initio simulations of electronic structure and by modeling of the electrical response.
